There has been a lot going on in the Gold & Silver world lately, let me get you up to speed. I have urged my readers, friends and family to buy silver for some time now. Silver has gone absolutely nuts lately. All the publicity has been about gold, but gold has done nothing compared to what silver is doing. Not to mention all the viral buzz going on with the  Max Keiser - Crash JP Morgan campaign. Gold has been sitting somewhere around $1,340 to $1,415 an ounce for the last thirty days or so. Silver has hit $30 and has been sitting just below that in the $29 an once range, however I do not see it there for long! I believe Silver will climb for years, and we haven't seen anything yet! Hannibal N.Y. - Several individuals in the rural Oswego County community of Hannibal are examining whether or not a militia is necessary. The group has set up a   Facebook page  and produced flyers in order to drum up interest. Organizers have also planned an informational meeting for later in the week. "It's in, more or less, my area and I would like to find out if it is good or bad," said Oswego County Legislator Doug Malone. The militia is being organized by Jon Alvarez, an Iraq War veteran who moved from Baldwinsville to Hannibal two years ago. Our founding fathers knew it could become a problem, in fact they were very specific when they wrote the Coinage Act of 1792. I'm also sure that when President George Washington signed this act into law May 8th 1792, he could have never imagined the abomination that would eventually become the "fiat" United States monetary system and a devastated dollar. George would have been very dismayed with the base metal slugs we now call coins, except for the "nickel" which is still in it's original copper nickel composition, although I'm sure the U.S. Mint can not continue minting nickels at a loss much longer. The fact of the matter is that our monetary system from the ground up, has been destroyed. At this point what we all need to do is start asking ourselves what we really believe? #1- Do you think our monetary system is in trouble? #2- Do you think our government is helping the situation or hurting it? #3- Are you thinking it won't affect you?
