In NASA's words "It will come interestingly close," but its all good.
NASA also points out that the Wal-Mart size chunk of interstellar rock shouldn't be cataclysmic .. unless it enters earths atmosphere and you are with fifty miles or so from where it hits, then you might have problem.
The narrator also points out that a similar sized space rock may have obliterated Tunguska, Siberia back in 1908 but otherwise , no worries.
